@ Royalton Punta Cana with the best TravelSmart VIP team there is. Can’t get over the amazing time we had with Milagros and her team, Mario Julio Raposo Ruiz and Oscar. The service, the warmth, going beyond expectations, the treatment, knowledge and understanding left me with a desire to go back. It has been our best vacation yet and are looking for many more. We just came back from Royalton Bavaro where we had the most amazing family vacation. We are TravelSmart members, Shamir from TravelSmart made our stay wonderful. This was by far the best family vacation we have had.

I can say that its worth it to be a member of Travel Smart. You save money for all vacation package. Our family could have paid $15,000.00 but being a member of Travel Smart we ended up paying only $8,500.00 for 7 OF US .

We had the best vacation. I can say the staff from travel smart are amazing. Staying to Royalton with swim out room were definitely a hit for my daughters. I will highly recommended Travel smart. U will save & will assist u all the way!

As members of TravelSmart VIP, we always enjoy check-in at the private Diamond Club desk, where you can have gourmet snacks while you are doing the registration process. The whole staff, to us, was friendly, courteous, caring and professional.

My customer service representative for travel smart was Tamara. She is a doll, very helpful and does her best to make sure everything work out. She is knowledgeable and easy to speak and work with. Her goal is to make your visit spectacular.

We booked through Travel Smart and could not be more pleased. The Travel Smart reps as well as all Royalton staff were very friendly and helpful. Royalton Negril is beautiful, the many food choices were delicious, and the entertainment exceptional.
