Our Travel Smart concierge Claudette was very helpful throughout our stay. I had an amazing time here at Royalton. There are a few minor tweaks that can be adjusted; for example the wait time for lunch/dinner is over an hour wait. Aside from that, I have no other concerns. Great place to vacation!!
