My wife and I spent 5 spectacular nights at the Hideaway Diamond Club section of this beautiful resort. This was our second time here in 3 years – the first time here we stayed in the Royalton section. Our room, 1180, was spectacular. It is a third floor Ocean View corner room with two separate balconies with spectacular views. The room was clean and well attended by our maid making sure that we had plenty of water and coffee in the room and we were always surprised by the special treats in the room every evening. We are also TravelSmart members so we had member services personnel spoiling us even more. Kudo’s go out to Aurelina Yan and Mayra Cabrera and especially Ana Garabito whom went above and beyond to make our stay a ‘Memorable One’. We will definitely go back soon!!!
