It is for the 4th time we return to the Royalton/Memories Splash. Every time we come back we make more and more friends: TravelSmart´s Aurelina, Gabriela and Gregorio, thank you for your help and generosity. I hope to see you again soon. For the people that are complaining I have a short advice. If you do not like something simply let them know and they will fix it for you in no time. The personal is amazing and they will do everything to make sure you enjoy your well-deserved vacation.
