We took some risk by making reservation at this brand new hotel a couple of weeks before opening. We are a senior couple who are just back from the Royalton Bavaro, Jan 17 to Jan 24. The experience was delightful and exceeded our expectations.
The service is excellent, the staff is extremely friendly and service you with pleasure. We appreciated very much the expertise and helpfulness of Miguel from Travel Smart and the welcoming great smiles from the beautiful ladies Massibel and Mayra. Thank you guys, you made our stay so enjoyable!
