Amazing resort with great service

We have visited this resort 6 times, and it is still amazing. The TravelSmart team of Linda, Ana Paula, and our butler, Alfredo, treated us like royalty and anything that we needed was accommodated. The fitness team, Francesco, Angelica and Patricia were very good, working within our comfort zone and motivating us for aquasize/aquafight! The servers and pool attendants, Noe, Leyva, Guadalope, Jesus, Jorge, and Rodiver have great customer service and our every need was met! Antonio, the manager from Oceanpointe was exceptional, and the server Maura from Hunters restaurant was very attentive. We had another great time and it really is like coming home! Would highly recommend this resort
