We were at the Royalton Negril from July 14 to July 21. We were greeted by Keisha at TravelSmart who did an exceptional job in selecting a Room at the Hideaway for us. She reserved all the restaurants and the Rick’s Café excursion. She assured every day that everything was going smoothly and to our expected needs. She is totaly incredible. We choose to acquire TravelSmart 2 years ago and have been very satisfied since.
We were at the Hideaway building 9 3rd Floor. What a view it was very quiet. Because we are with TravelSmart we had the Diamond Club; therefore we went to the Diamond club beach because it is bigger. The beach at the Hideaway is quiet and they come to bring you some appetizers in the afternoon however it is a little smaller. Thank you for a wonderful time.
