My husband & I celebrated our 12th anniversary & a family vacation at the Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa.
Our travelsmart vip concierge Patricia Sansores, personally greeted us and make sure that our rooms were ready and we even got upgraded to a beautiful room with a room with an ocean view and pool. We were a large group, 21 of us; Patricia Sansores was absolutely amazing! She personally followed up on all of us in our group and even had our room decorated like we were on our honeymoon. All her recommendations for the restaurants and spa treatments were right on target. I wish that I had a Patricia Sansores on every vacation I go on. Words can NOT describe her dedication and commitment.Her patience level was the absolute best to deal with 21 of us.
