We travelled here for 2 weeks in June to celebrate our anniversary. We are Travelsmart members and we were promptly upgraded to an ocean view room. Ana from the Travelsmart team was truly a gem. She arranged a special anniversary gift and dinner for us and provided us with whatever we needed. She is so friendly and really takes pride in her job, She made our vacation an amazing experience. Ana deserves a promotion, she has superior customer service that I have never experienced at any all inclusive resort, and we have been to well over 20 resorts.
