We are members of Travel Smart (Royalton’s membership program). We chose the Royalton Negril Hideaway for our 15 year anniversary trip. The member services team took great care of us. Our Member Services Manager Judine coordinated a room upgrade and butler service for our trip. Our butlers Jermaine and Kumar were very helpful making dinner reservations and arranging excursions. We also got to enjoy the Diamond Club which gets you added service and special drinks/snacks.
The staff at the resort were all very friendly and accommodating. We loved the laid back Jamaican culture. We can’t wait to return with our family one day!
