This is our 2nd time at the Royalton and 1st time as Travel Smart members. Had our concerns about going to a place a 2nd time — can never duplicate a great time – but we did it !!!
We traveled with a group of 9. Lisette, Aurelina and Ana G took care of us from check in to check out. And were always around the entire week if we needed assistance with anything. There are always small issues with things and they made sure you left with a smile and satisfaction..
Overall this resort is awesome. Clean, friendly and fun. Not only is the staff fun to be around, we met some great people from around the World that we spoke to everyday and enjoyed their company. This resort attracts nice people !!!
Special shout out to my man Clifford. I became friends with him on our last stay and if you are in bldg 3 — he will make sure your stay is out of this world. Took care of my family on that side of the resort.
