My Godmother Tess B., Len, and myself Precy RamosI were really amazed and grateful with Aurelina, Mayra, Daniusa, Andy, Maria, Gabriela, Yaihira, Esmerlin of the diamond club, and of course, Ismael the TravelSmart Member Services Manager of Royalton. Marlon, Maria, Oscar, Luis, Mario of Travel Smart Royalton Punta Cana Resort who surprised me with lovely birthday cake and cocktail and welcome greeting on my birthday in the diamond club lounge. Beside that in my swim out pool room was a happy birthday banner on the door and another bday cake and wine and gift. We were looked after very well like a queen which we need to have a break from work. They were awesome. We stayed at the swim out pool building 6. Being a member of Travel Smart make a difference. Although only in the daytime the sunshine to go to the beach it was still a very good birthday celebration on my 60th birthday. We were in the Cabana for a week decorated with all the balloons and happy birthday banner. We were given also free spa which is 80 minutes per person and manicure and pedicure for Len. The waiters were all great like Frank and his pregnant wife at night really entertain us very well, Darios Sedano the daytime waiter too. Carlos Mini Bayes who filled the drinks and water everyday was also great. The cook in the kitchen too. The food in the Buffett were exquisite. This is our 2nd time to stay at Royalton Punta Cana and my 3rd time for my Godmother and we can say that its really excellent to stay at Royalton Punta Cana. Excellent Service. I rate this resort 5*. Ismael, Maria, Marlon, Oscar, Mila, Luis, mario. In fact my Godmother (Tess B.) met Mr. Alex Rodrigues the big boss. Thank you so much for the excellent services. Way to Goo. Keep up the good job!
