As soon as you arrive they give you this delicious cocktail and have you sit & relax as the check-in is taking place. The cabanas were clean and spacious plus you get a butler! They bring you food and drink orders so you don’t have to leave. We were celebrating our anniversary so they put a ribbon on our door and sent a complimentary cake plus champagne bottle to our room. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating at all time. A HUGE PLUS during your stay they ask you to fill-out a survey with questions about your stay which I think is a great idea to rate their service. Overall we had an amazing time and will be back!!!!!!!
