We spent a week there with our 5 year old daughter, and she had a blast.
I would particularly like to mention the very helpful and friendly staff everwhere; in particular, Rawle our Travel Smart Concierge stuck out bending over backwards for us when our daughter didn’t feel so well upon arrival after a long travel day, making sure she got salt crackers and enough hydration; he checked back on us regularly and made us feel very welcome. Thank you Rawle!
Our Room Attendant, Jesmera, folded the most beautiful towel animals for our daughter every day, so that whenever we came back into the room we looked forward to having her artistic hellos on our daughter’s bed. It was so sweet!
