I have just got back from Mexico from a holiday with my friend. This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at for many different factors. All the staff were extremely approachable and friendly. They cannot do enough for you. We spent most days at the Hideaway Pool. The pool was always kept clean and tidy, the sun beds were all very comfortable and towels always changed by staff if you wanted fresh ones. The pool bar staff were all very friendly and fun!
We also found Franklin at the TravelSmart help desk in the Hideaway very helpful. We visited him most days to run through the programme for the day and he always took time to explain it to us. Again, he was always friendly and smiling.
We ate in most of the restaurants at the hotel and all of them provided food to a high standard. They were all kept clean and tidy and the food was really nice. Our room was kept very clean by the maids and our fridge was restocked on a daily basis. In fact the whole hotel was very clean and tidy. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future. I have already recommended it to family and friends.
