I can’t say enough about the great time that my wife Rosenda, daughter Ella, and I had last week at the Royalton Bavaro. We took this trip to celebrate my 70th birthday. We belong to the TravelSmart VIP Club, and they were well prepared for our arrival and to help us celebrate. They did so the entire week we were there. This was our fourth visit to Royalton Punta Cana and our second to Bavaro. We are treated like family there and we really appreciate it. Many thanks to TravelSmart Manager Gregory, our Butler Michael, and Edward and Henry, and especially our Member Services Agent Esther. Attached is a photo of all of us at a party we had in our room, which was two days after a birthday party they had for me. We had plans to go to Royalton Jamaica in November, but will return to Bavaro instead. We can’t wait for our next visit.
