We are Members of TravelSmart and are free to choose from many locations, but you don’t have to be a member to stay here. We have been to this resort the past two years. With the assistance of Patricia Sansores (TravelSmart) our entire trip flowed seamlessly. She guided us through the reservation process to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. We used the new online booking feature to select and view the exact room we were to stay in. Patricia literally had a hand in every aspect of our vacation. From checking in, dinner reservations, resort amenities, and a few special requests. For the second straight year Patricia went above and beyond to meet our needs and to make our vacation exactly what it should be…A Vacation!
As a Diamond Club member, we bypass the main check in and were whisked away to the private Diamond Club area. We were greeted with drinks and a small buffet. Here we received a resort bracelet which doubles as a room key and final room assignment. You’re also offered to choose from three types of pillow densities and make dinner reservations for the week if you so choose. Our room was ready on time with no waiting. Upon entry in the resort the concierge took our bags and they were delivered to our room as were.
This resort is really large, secluded and safe. You have to go through two gate checks just to enter the property. Which is a plus.
We absolutely loved everything about our vacation here. Special thanks again to Patricia who was always helped us in any way she could. We can’t wait to return for our third year!!
