I’m a member of Travelsmart so I automatically get Diamond Club services when I go to the Royalton properties. I believe that if you are going to vacation here, then diamond club is the only way to go!
Diamond Club gives you full access to the entire property in VIP style with top shelf liquor. So if you get bored of one area, you can always find another.
Rooms with swim out pools are nicer, at ground level so they are easily accessible and you can swim at nights if you want to. Don’t worry about privacy, there is a little vegetation to keep eyes out.
The food and drinks are good and so is the nightly entertainment. Spending less than a week would be a waste as I would highly recommend trying all restaurants. And if you are into water sports, they have that too. To top it all off, Hookah and cigars are also available, for an additional fee.
When you visit there are a few persons that will make your experience a memorable one:
Tasha – a hard working and dedecated member of the Travelsmart team. She is always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that your issue (if any) is handled to the best of her ability.
Franz – a jovial individual who makes checking in with the Diamond Club a seamless breeze. Rest assured you are in good hands if anything happened with your reservation.
Ricardo – when you make a reservation for the Zen restaurant (Hitachi Japanese), ensure that you ask for Ricardo (he runs things there). If you are seated at his table, you are guaranteed to have a good time.
Judene – if anything happens that Tasha can’t fix for you (which are very few), ask to go see Judene. She will ensure that the issue is properly managed.
