My wife and I went there for our wedding anniversary and I must say we were more than pleased. The staff was helpful and accommodating, the food was real good and the drinks were great.
Unfortunately I became sick (unrelated to the resort just something that happened) and I really needed a doctor. My Travel Smart reps Oscar & Ana G were instrumental in getting me the help needed. Oscar drove me and my wife to the hospital in Punta Cana. He then stayed until I was released just in case he needed to translate or have to go anywhere else. We had to cut the vacation short and take the next flight back to NY. Weeks later while checking my email I saw an email from Ana G just checking in to see how we were.
I appreciate everything they did especially because they didn’t have to. I will return to this resort soon and it is due to them.
