Royalton Bavaro is a marvelous resort. Travel Smart crew Keren, Edward & Gregory went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our holiday was what we wanted. The staff at the Diamond Club bars and pools were always very friendly, cheerful and efficient. Special thanks to Miguel and Juan at the Casino bar, which was larger compared to other resorts we have been at. Daniel, Anderson, Alexis and Junior were always fast at the VIP pool bar – delivering pool side beverages even before requested! And Mickey Mouse and Friday were always a hoot at the Sands Bar. Emmanuel makes the best martinis – ever! We had a great time and will be back next year. Highly recommend this resort and TravelSmart.
