Excellent staff- Hospitality is great!

Our concierge for the diamond club experience was awesome. Our staff was great. They mad sure that we were accommodated the entire time. They knew this was our anniversary trip and on top of that I just found out that I was pregnant. Our staff was Keisha Rhodes, Tasha Mullings, Monique Madourie, Paris Gardner and Judine McGrowder all of Travelsmart’s member services team in Negril. I appreciate them all for assisting us. I hope to see you again. I just think the staff at this resort is awesome. All the way down to the ice-cream shop and laundry. Thank you for a great experience.
