Beautiful hotel, great view from balcony, wonderful TravelSmart Consierge’s (Clifford and Frank) who went out of their way every day to offer assistance with anything we required or would like, info and lovely conversation. Very pleasant people to interact with. Food was great with a wide selection of most any food you could want. Atmosphere and entertainment was amazing. All people working there went above and beyond with their service. The Pools, Rooms, Beach were always so clean and beautiful to just look at and get lost in. Also surprising was that there were no mosquitos. The cleaning service in the Hotel was immaculate! This trip was a family reunion and we all agree that we will be coming back here again and highly recommend this resort. TOP NOTCH! GRACIOUS!
