There were 10 in our family, 6 adults and 4 children. We had a great time – the resort is new and kept immaculately clean. There are several restaurants to eat at and all are great. The best one for little kids is the buffet as they don’t have to wait. Our favourite bar tender was Gregorio Decena at the Martini Bar. He always greeted us with a big smile and looked after us making us feel very special. He entertained us whilst sitting at the bar! An absolute artist at his craft! Juan in the breakfast buffet was the same – always making sure my family sat together and was so kind. Obviously if you tip you will get good service. Our house maid Kathy filled our tub one day with petals – what a beautiful surprise! She did a wonderful job! We must also thank Esther in the TravelSmart Diamond Club (my son signed up for this as he travels all the time). She looked after all of us making sure we got to our dinner reservations on time and when we checked out that everyone got to their bus one time. Everyone should have an Esther to look after them – lovely girl!
Lots of fun things to do with the children. My family especially enjoyed the lazy river and the kids paddling pool. The beach is absolutely beautiful!
My only disappointment is that the concierge who sat in our building was very pushy to upgrade us to Diamond Club. In the end we just detoured so that we didn’t have to see him.
Overall it was a wonderful holiday! Will definitely go back!
