From Check-in to Check-out Excelente!!!

This resort is exceptional and we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend the Royalton in Punta Cana to anyone. When we arrived at our Building, BLDG 6, we met our TravelSmart building customer service agents Alfonzo and Brenda who were simply the best every day of our stay and became our extended Family. Alfonzo and Brenda should be commended for going far above and beyond our expectations to ensure our vacation was as enjoyable as possible. From check-in to check-out we had an excellent time and we appreciate the Outstanding Service we received during our stay.
