Great concierge Lissette Ortiz

This is our second time in Royalton, and as the first time, we had a great time. My sister in law is a member of Travel Smart and for both trips, we had Lissette Ortiz as our concierge. She provide us with everything we needed and made our vacations even more memorable. Great service, great staff, definitely will be back!
