Great experience

Just returned from Royalton Blue Waters; arrived after Christmas and left on new year day.. it was may second trip for 2017. This time around during what is the hotels peak season, on our first day no room was available, due to overbooking they transferred us to Iberostars, were we stayed at the older property… the following day I was happy to be back at Royalton. We were introduced to travelsmart vip club by Veron. thanks to Veron, her recommendation lead us to what saved our vacation experience. Glenni a travel smart sales rep. ensured that we were taken care of after hearing what our first day was like and even on the second day we had to wait until 3pm to get our rooms. Her personality and Spanish speak ability gave me an opportunity to brush up on my Spanish, “ O Dios mio “ , it was really great. Nonetheless, once we signed up for vip services, the experience went to another level Tamara Scott ensured that we didn’t have any other issues and that all our needs we met. She search the property tirelessly to deliver on all expectation and request. I strongly believe service is very important and the way it is handled can overcome many of the challenges or issues that will pop up on any vacation. Royalton Blue Waters is the place to be for comfort, relaxation, great food and fun, great people.
