Great family resort

My family and l went to Jamaica on holiday from September till the 9th of October 2018. I met one of the Royalton representatives at negril beach one morning, they were very pleasant and professional. He offered us free lunch in exchange for us to listen to a 90 minute presentation and a tour of their resort from a part of their company called Travel Smart. My husband and I didn’t have any plans so we decided to go and check it out. We were mesmerized by this beautiful resort, the staff was friendly and helpful. We listened to the presentation and got down to the fine details. The offer sounded pretty good and considering that l have 4 kids their resort offered a lot of things l would love for my kids to experience during their holiday. We decided to sign up to be members of the Travel Smart. l was impressed highly by the The Sales Manager Romer and the Sales Rep Natasha they took their time to explain and address each concern I had with each clause on the contract. The project manager Jon was also amazing he made us feel at home and went above and beyond to accommodate us when we wanted to come and stay at the Royalton and experience the resort first hand as members . It did take like 5 hrs to finalise everything but they did ask in advance if we had plans for the rest of the day, also the awesome staff at Travel Smart kept my four kids entertained the whole time. I was given a lot of perks with my membership and as l joined as a VIP Member l was given two complimentary day passes, a hamper and a complimentary 4 night stay at the hotel. My family and l enjoyed the two days we spent on the day passes. The kids spent their time at the kids splash pool and the kids club playing games and learning crafts. When we stayed at the Resort for 3 nights we were blown away, we had only enjoyed the resort in the day and had not stayed in any of the rooms. The onsite restaurants are amazing, they have a Sushi restaurant, Steak house, West Indian restaurant and so much more. The rooms were beautiful and the food was mind-blowing. I felt like a celebrity lol as the staff spoilt me rotten and were so pleasant and friendly. I recommend this Resort to any and everyone. I’m going back again in 2019
