Great first trip to Punta Cana and Chic

My wife and I spent 11 days at the Chic resort. The staff was always welcoming and wonderful. We must give an extra special thank you to Ana Luisa and her partner Keren from TravelSmart Customer service. From the beginning of our stay until the very end, Ana Luisa promised to take care of anything we needed and she truly did. She always met us with a huge smile and we were always so glad to see her. She treated us as though we were the only guests she had to take care of. It was truely a pleasure to meet her and we hope you also have the pleasure of meeting her should you go to Chic.
