Stayed here for 4 days and it was lovely. You are greeted warmly from the front door and everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. The resort itself was kept up with cleanliness and rooms cleaned often. The grounds of the property were beautiful, as well as the beach area and cabanas.
Also, we upgraded to the Diamond Club and some other future travel opportunities and was assisted by Julio and Aurelina and Ana with TravelSmart as well. So grateful for their help and special shout out to Aurelina who went above and beyond ensuring we were well taken care of and came to check on us when she saw us around. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend to people we know.
