This was our second trip to Cancun but our first time stay at the Royalton Hideaway Diamond Club. Our room was great, ocean view with roof top jacuzzi. It was clean and modern. Our travelsmart butler, Juan Jose was very helpful. He went the extra mile to get the chef specially cooked paella for us for our last day just because we were asking when the restaurant will serve paella a couple days earlier (turns out that we missed the paella day because we were on excursion).
Overall, we had a great vacation. Planning to go back next year.
