From the moment we checked in using the Black Diamond service, we were taken care of. We checked in in the Black Diamond lounge while having a snack and an adult beverage. We were walked to our rooms; we had two swim out rooms, one for us and one for the kids. They took the time to explain the room, controls, dining, and overall layout. They also gave each room a give of a bottle of rum, a Tortuga Rum Cake, a Jamaican beach towel, and a bag of Blue Mountain coffee beans.
The service at Blue Waters was great. Tamara and her Travel Smart staff took good care of us and went out of their way to greet us whenever they saw us walking around.
Overall, highly recommended.
