My husband and I stayed at CHIC with friends over New Years Eve and had a wonderful time!
Ana Marte from TravelSmart took care of us from start to finish, including a very sweet gesture of a birthday cake and decorations for my husband’s birthday. Any requests we had or minor glitches we ran into were immediately taken care of, so there is absolutely nothing we could complain about, therefore I’ll stick to positive highlights.
Staff are incredibly friendly and approachable, rooms are spotless and modern, pools are clean and refreshing when you’re hot (read: pools are much colder than the ocean!)
New Years Eve was spectacular. There was a special set dinner menu for the whole resort regardless of where you ate and the food was phenomenal. The party theme was masquerade, so everyone received a mask and NYE party favours. At midnight, we were wowed by almost 15 minutes of Times Square-worthy fireworks. The resort spent some money there, and it was awesome.
We loved our week at CHIC and will return in the future.
