We just returned from a fantastic week at the Royalton Suites Cancun. Service at the Diamond Club beach and pool was excellent – everyone was always anxious to please especially Enrique, Eduardo, Alan and Carlos.
Special thanks to Sheila, Daniela, Mara and Alex from Travel Smart who made our vacation even better. Your attention to detail and daily contact to ensure we had everything we needed was much appreciated. Definitely VIP service from this team!
Also, thanks to Leonardo, Olivia, Graciela and Carlos who kindly helped me with an injured foot which allowed me to continue to enjoy my vacation.
