We traveled as a family of 12 and had a memorable, relaxing time! My husband and I celebrated our birthdays there – when we arrived at our room there was a “Happy Birthday” banner hung across the door – we were so surprised!
We upgraded to the Diamond Club and we are sure happy we did! That’s where we met Danny (TravelSmart). He is very personable, loves his job and helped us fall in love with Royalton! Now we cannot imagine travelling without being treated as VIPs!
After upgrading to Diamond Club, Danny connected us with our TravelSmart member service. That’s when we met Benson Almonor and Edward Valentin . Although Benson was only with us our 1st and last day, he was very attentive to us. During his time away, we connected with Edward. Edward was also very attentive and made sure we had everything that we needed when we needed it. I don’t know how he did it but he went out of his way to find us throughout the day and he always found us!!!!
