I stayed at the Royalton in May 2018 with my family and we had a great time I have to start by saying that the resort is absolutely gorgeous!
As soon as we arrived in the Diamond Club lounge we were greeted by Juan who is the sweetest man, truly a pleasure. He was so welcoming, attentive and extremely kind every time we would run into him during our stay.
Finally, to our AMAZING TravelSmart team: Keren, Shamir, Edward, Gregorio and Greysy <3 – I can’t say enough about this team .These indivuduals really made the entire trip worthwhile. The resort is stunning, the beach is beautiful and the food is great but above everything the service and attention and care from the Travel Smart team made the entire trip worth it. Each of the individuals mentioned truly went ABOVE and BEYOND expectations to make sure my family and i were happy, comfortable and taken care of. They were available to us pretty much around the clock, whenever we needed them. Thank you for making my birthday/vacation a memorable one. If anyone is planning to stay at this resort know that you are in great hands and that you will be well taken care of, you will be treated like family.
The staff at this resort are truly one of a kind, they’re really the best and take great pride in their work- after leaving we truly consider them friends.
