My husband an I spent a week here 7/23 – 7/29/18. It was absolutely amazing. The service was outstanding. The maid service was 5 star. We would leave and come back to a clean room with fresh flowers. Our butlers, Emmanuel and Hector, took excellent care of us. Hector even arranged for chocolate covered strawberries and champagne for us. Our travel smart concierge, Fritzner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Fritzner checked on us daily. Fritzner always greeted us with a smile. He truly treated us like family.
Yes, we will definitely recommend this resort. Can’t wait to return.
