Our Butler’s name was Fluery. Excellent service, extremely friendly and able to make ANYTHING happen! Also, don’t forget about the concierge service. Clifford was always at the TravelSmart desk when we walked by. A friendly face and a man who can work magic! Clifford always gave great information and pointed us in the right direction.
