Juan went above and beyond with service and attention to detail which made our experience flawless; taking time for whatever questions or needs we had. His referral for excursions never disappointed. Francisco made my daughter’s birthday celebration at the beach spectacular and welcoming for all our guests! Whatever we needed, Francisco was there for us with a smile and positive attitude. Juan also did an awesome job surprising our daughter with a decorated room when we returned from the beach. I can’t say enough about our experience at the Royalton, the friends we made and the professionalism of Juan and Francisco. I look forward to returning for another memorable experience.
