We are on our second last day here at Chic and have to say that the atmosphere has been the best we have experienced on any of our all-inclusive trips. It’s not hard to tell that this resort puts all effort in to their employees making sure the guests have everything they need and are having fun, and I think those are the qualities that make it stand out. Above and beyond the regular staff, we dealt with Ruben from Travel Smart who was taking care of us even BEFORE we arrived, making sure our stay was going to be the best it could be. He arranged a private pick up at the airport, met us as soon as we arrived, checked us in, took us on our tour around the resort, and booked our a la cartes for the week, etc. He was literally a call away if we needed anything at all. We can’t thank him enough!
The daily and nightly entertainment was the best we’ve experienced. We unfortunately had quite a bit of rain this week but always something entertaining going on either way. Very very happy with food/snacks and having a cute little cafe open and accessible all the time was wonderful as well. Overall, we loved our stay and understand why so many people we met come here again and again!
