Had a lovely time there. I was a Diamond Hideaway member and I would really like to appreciate the TravelSmart team and the staff at the resort and how they took care of me all this time. The VIP feel started at the entrance only when I was given a separate check-in and offered welcome drinks. Since, I was a Diamond-Hideaway member, I was allowed to go in any part of the resort.The facility is huge and upon arrival, I was given a tour of the same. The room had a king size bed that I wish I could have taken back with me. The staff and travelsmart people does everything they can to make sure you have a great stay.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this resort and especially, being with Diamond Hideaway really did wonders as I felt VIP each time in this resort. (One of the instance is reservations for Hunter’s – It was really full on the first day of my arrival but I got the reservation on the very same day after I conveyed to my Travelsmart concierge.)
Definitely looking forward to my next trip to Royalton Cancun. Thanks to all of you for the hospitality!
