We are a family of five and we travel quite a bit with our children. We have stayed at 7 unique all inclusive properties in Jamaica and Mexico over the last 9 years, and the Royalton Negril is tops as far as we are concerned.
The food was delicious and varied. The staff are kind and courteous. The rooms are well stocked with alcohol. The grounds are gorgeous. The entertainment at night is first rate!
We plan to be back at this very resort in the future and a big part of the decision is because of the people. Keisha, Paris and Tanya, were amazingly helpful and responsive. They were determined to make certain that we were comfortable and that our room satisfied our family’s need. We miss you guys!
Now here’s where I have to praise these guys. I left my brand new Cell Phone in the Diamond Lounge and when I returned to Canada, I started panicking when I realized I did not have my phone. Milton Reid and Sanycia were most helpful in helping me with the FedEx forms and my phone was delivered today.
I am impressed with both the courtesy and level of professionalism, not to mention honesty, provided by the Royalton Negril Hotel and their staff, and I think if future travelers are looking for an excellent getaway to Jamaica, it doesn’t get much better than this. I felt very safe both on and off the property.
