We are members of Travelsmart therefore have Diamond Club. When we arrived Gaby and Anna at the Travelsmart desk took care of us. They reserved all our restaurants and twice at the spa. They are incredible. The food at the buffet is excellent. There is a special section for the Diamond Club where you get different wine and you are placed immediately. Lots of choice and very clean. We went to the Asian, Mexican, Japanese twice and Steakhouse. They were all extremely good. The service was excellent. My husband got hurt on his foot on the third day and could not walk any more. Gaby and Anna found a wheelchair for us and had our room changed from the 3rd floor to the main floor. This is our 11th time in Punta Cana and it is the best hotel and service we ever got. We will return for sure. Soon we hope.
