We just got back from taking our 2nd family vacation at the Royalton Riviera Cancun! We stayed April 11-18th When we came down here last year, we did purchase the Travel Smart membership as we LOVE the perks of being a member! Diamond Club is definitely the way to vacation:)
The biggest shout out has to go to our TravelSmart Concierge Sol….we had her last year and kind of ACQUIRED her again this year:) We love and adore her and she just goes way above and beyond to make sure our stay is great!! Another advantage of Diamond Club!
Note that if you book your vacation and are not Diamond Club or Travel Smart Member, you will not be able to make reservations at the dining facilities. This was one thing we did not really like when we came last year, and why we decided we wanted to be Travel Smart Members. With your membership, your concierge will make all your reservations for you so your able to enjoy your day and go to dinner at your reservation time vs standing in line and waiting for first come first serve.
