This is a very nice resort in the quiet Riviera Maya. Short ride from Cancun airport.
We were here at the Hideaway last September for our first time. We liked it so much we decided to go back. Being Travel Smart VIP Members we enjoyed a first class service.
Thanks to Patricia, our Travel Smart Customer Relation assisted by our two butlers Miguel and Carlos, for making our stay memorable! They made all our dinner reservations and regularly checked our level of satisfaction. Thanks also to Elizabeth and Martin, the 2 dedicated pool concierges making sure our towels and chairs were perfect and supplied. They had all new ”palapas” around the pool. The three waiters, Esteban, Raoul and Erick at the Hideaway pool bar we amazing and constantly making sure we always had everything we needed. Special thanks to Diana for preparing excellent Cappuccinos every morning at the Diamond Club.
This is really one of the best resorts.
