Upon arrival I was given a lemon scented cold towel that felt amazing considering the heat. The beautiful Madonna grabbed me a flute of champagne while I was checking in which was a fairly quick process. Donnavan with travelsmart was the man of the hour! He always popped up at the right time and made things happen. I even said to him, is no in your vocabulary? We laughed and he actually said no. Between Donnavan and Madonna I can’t honestly say which one of them took care of us the most.
