When someone goes above and beyond their job description to make someones vacation as perfect as Edward did for no reason other than they are a conscientious professional I needed to write this review. I am sorry I did not get Edwards last name it starts with V. If you stay at the Royalton Bavaro resort in the Dominican Republic ask for Edward. Edward is on the Travel Smart concierge team.
He was on call 24/7. I was so impressed with his conscientious professionalism to make my birthday stay incredible. Edward is a role model for all of your Travel Smart concierge’s. There were so many other things Edward did I could list but I’d be here all day writing this review.
