Last year July 2017 my Husband and I got married here with our kids and family & it was beautiful ! Paul the wedding coordinator made sure everything was perfect for my special day. After a whole year, we ran into him again and he actually remembered us! How cool is that!! We had TravelSmart when we got married in July 2017 and we just visited there again last week for my birthday again TravelSmart, I told my husband I loved it so much I wanted to return again so we did and brought another set of friends with us. Again, we chose TravelSmart club and if you are here request Lacey Ann and Kamal as your butlers! They are awesome! They went above and beyond my expectations making our experience amazing which is why this was our 2nd time visiting. They decorated the room outside with a happy birthday ribbon and inside beautifully for my birthday & they remembered us casually talking to them about how we got married here last year & they surprised us with a sweet note &champagne & deserts!! That’s how awesome they are they listen to the smallest details and we were more than satisfied with their service ! They even hooked us up with a real nice cabana on the bluewaters side with tv lounging chairs and Lacey brought me champagne & balloons for my birthday . Lacey Ann & Kamal you two are the ABSOLUTE BEST! They were able to text us while we were on the resort & if we didn’t respond because we were enjoying our stay they even came out on the resort to find us & make sure everything was awesome to our liking , talk about customer service on 100% THE BEST!! I literally cried tears of joy because I was so surprised ! They made us feel like family & we are so thankful that God had us choose this resort again & met these wonderful butlers who are like family to us now. We met Marcel who was another nice butler on the elavator & he sang for me and his voice was so beautiful he truly has a gift from God his voice is so soothing. At the beach Diamond club cabanas Kamar took good care of our group & Wayoki took care of us at the VIP cabanas where we had the TVs & bubbly jacoozi pool. Sandalin Brown was our housekeeping & she was such a delight she made sure our room was clean & I loved her sweet spirit and conversation .I love speaking with people & everyday everyone was so sweet nice and friendly and they truly work so hard to make your experience wonderful! You can’t go wrong coming to this resort if you are traveling looking for an all inclusive , excellent stay with tons to do in the resort whether it’s a couples trip or family trip & I can’t forget the tasty FOOD OMG YUM!!!! I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND ROYALTON WHITE SANDS!!!! Thank you everyone who we met & for the familiar faces that remembered us after a whole year GOD bless you all & your families thank you sooo much for making our stay AMAZING! We can’t wait to visit a 3rd time soon !! When I say you get your moneys worth and more you truly do ! I have nothing but wonderful things & memories to speak about this place because it’s the staff /butlers that truly make this stay a memorial experience!! We love you
