I don’t even know where to start. Maybe I should start about two week before we got there. We were contacted by Tamara Scott one of our Travel Smart Member Service Agents asking us if there is anything that they can help us with like transportation from the airport, or if we had any questions or accommodations we would like before we arrived. They even checked our flight just to make sure we were going to be arriving on time.
My wife and I are Travel Smart members and there are lots of perks of begin a member. Check-in was welcomeing fast and easy. The room we stayed in was great. I have read some of the reviews here and I think they maybe confusing holtels. Yes the building we stayed at is not newly built, but we weren’t there to enjoy the buildings structure or craftsmanship. We were there to enjoy VIP vacation and the awesome beach and sun. We only went back to the room to change clothes for dinner and then sleep. If you decided not to upgrade don’t complain. Its like going to McDonald’s and complaining u didn’t get a Denny’s breakfast. It just wont happen.
… Now back to our vacation, it was Jamazing. We also met Tracy Hyde another Members service agent and like Tamara we all became good friends. It’s a good feeling when you meet down to earth people. We don’t remember ever being so pampered like we were at Royalton White Sands. I know that the new Blue water building is newer with better rooms, but these two ladies made our stay just as wonderful. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very nice, so many names hard to remember them all.
Thank you Royalton White Sands and Blue waters for making our vacation a relaxing and memorable one. We will be back soon.
