We were guests of Chic Punta Cana for 7 days; All of the staff, from Ana, and Karen with the Travel Smart program, to Carmen and Miguel at Diamond Club were impeccable. Each day that asked what they could do to improve our stay. I was amazed and the proactive level of attention they offered for each detail, I could go on and on with how great the amenities and services were for this resort!
