This resort was amazing !!!!!!!

The minute I walked in I was handed a cold wet towel and a delicious icy drink to cool down. I was checking in as a diamond club and felt like royalty. I was greeted by Lissette Ortiz from Travelsmart and she made me feel at home. As she helped me get settled in she explained everything that was on the hotel and even took the time to go show me where my room was located and everything! Her personality as wonderful I thank her so much for everything she has done. Everyone morning I would go up to her office just to conversation with her because the bond was like I knew her for years. Again thank you Lissette and the amazing RoyAlton Punta Cana I will so be returning really soon and I def. recommend this hotel to everyone !
